Easy Innovating Tips to Stage Your Home 💙

If you’re thinking of sticking a sign in the yard in 2022, you came to the right place. The purpose of staging is to make buyers fall in love with the home – to create an emotional connection with it.
This will not only set your listing apart from the other homes on the market, but will yield higher offers.
I have searched for some of the best tips in order to help you sell your house:
Give attention to your great outdoors. Buyers will love seeing new landscaping, clean walkways, and bright lighting.
Make a great first impression. No time or budget to do the entire house? Focus on the entryway and living room. Consider a cozy entryway, or a pop of color on the front door.
Declutter and cut down some furniture to stage your home. When potential buyers come into your home, they want to feel like they have counter space, storage space, and square footage to work with. The more things you have in your closets, the less likely it will appear that you have storage for the potential buyer to work with.
Clarify each room’s purpose. By dividing large rooms into smaller seating areas. Have a space that’s no man’s land? Use furniture and household items you have on hand and give it a purpose (office, craft room, guest bedroom, etc.)
Stage a master bedroom and a bathroom in your home thats appealing to everyone. Try to avoid floral patterned bedspreads in the master bedroom. The design is not gender neutral, and frankly a bit outdated. Try to make it look gender neutral, with a neutral beige or white duvet and matching sheets, blankets, and throw pillows. On the bathroom, make sure your cabinets are not outdated or dingy and that the hardware is updated as well.
Depersonalise the home for possible new owners. Remove all personal items from the property like family photos, personal trinkets and memorabilia. This depersonalises the space and allows potential tenants and buyers to visualise their lives there.
