I am often asked how much it costs to work with a Real Estate Consultant and if it is really worth it.

Believe: yes!

First, you should know that if you are a buyer customer, you will pay nothing to work with a Real Estate Consultant who can help you narrow down your options and ensure you are well represented when the deal closes.

If you are selling your home, your Consultant will receive a commission – usually 5% of the home’s sales price, but this can vary.
